A start-up with ambitions to make home ownership a more attainable dream, Kohab needed a ‘minimum viable’ identity to help them develop their investor pitches and launch communications.
A simple, clean identity conceived with digital-first, the identity takes the simple idea of two parties coming together and forms our core mark.
We developed a lean brand strategy to guide the naming and identity development process, seeking an expression which was friendly and simple. Kohab streamlines the property search, loan and legal process for potential co-buyers, as well as making it easier for owners wanting to maintain equity in their property whilst freeing up captial.
We gave Kohab all that they needed and nothing they didn’t, with a basic mix of communications templates, tone of voice and messaging, and icons to support an easy online experience. Kohab has since pivoted its offer, soon to launch into the UK.
