Property Beyond work with organisations to plan ahead and optimise their property leasing arrangements. An established management team had recently brought on younger partners and wanted to refresh their brand to reflect the balance of youthful energy and wisdom of experience their team culture now offered.
We worked with Property Beyond to determine their brand, messaging and content strategy – to differentiate their sophisticated advisory offer from indirect competition providing a simpler level of consultancy.
The brand balances a conservative underpinning colour palette and classic typography with contemporary art direction, colour highlights and confident messaging and tone. The brand direction intentionally highlights the warmth of the consultants and their natural tendency to create thought-leading conversations within their industry, on behalf of clients.
