Position SmartFreight as the global freight software leader that it is, clarify its purpose and messages to market, and develop a contemporary brand identity.



SmartFreight gives all members of business greater visibility over freight – from customer service to warehouse management and accounting. Their network and software provides data and insight into costs across every link in the shipping chain, something their competitors can’t deliver upon.

We worked with key stakeholders to rationalise and clarify their naming, brand architecture, story and messages, with a positioning line of Brighter Shipping Software overcoming potential confusion in the SmartFreight name.

The brand identity is inspired by the unfolding planes of a package, which creates a dynamic container device to house messages and content. We have worked with SmartFreight to deliver a complex message through a series of infographics, explainer videos and extensive marketing collateral.
